A Lot of Real Freedom Has Been Lost

leave a comment »

And there will be more erosion of liberty ahead.

Developments in technology have advanced the science of communication and made the press available to everyone.

Today’s technology allows individual writers to publicly express themselves on any issue or topic.

This enhanced freedom of the press has endangered freedom of the truth!

Freedom of the press is important, but more so is freedom of truth.

With the lack of quality and truth in the press, many people are turning to other sources of information.

More problems.

Most of these other sources have less quality and truth than the press.

They are staffed by the

—  ignorant; know little to nothing about anything

—  stupid; have low intelligence and/or do not know how to think

—  corrupt; pushing out propaganda/lies for their own benefit

—  ego-maniac; tooting their horn to inflate their ego

—  evil; harming as many people as much as they can

There are very few sources of truth and facts in any form of media.

Most mainstream and social media outlets heavily censor content.

Most people fight against facts and the truth.

Few fight for them.

Nothing good ever comes from suppressing the truth and facts.

Facts and the truth are a key to freedom and liberty.

1st AMENDMENT:  Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

—  Your religion is your business and not the government’s.  Religion is strictly about worship.  Religious organizations’ non-religious activity is subject to all laws.

—  Free Speech is saying whatever you want, unless it has the intent to incite physical harm to people or property.

—  Freedom of the Press is Free Speech for the media.

—  Peaceably assembly allows people to gather together without hindrance.  This does not permit riots or any other disturbance that interferes with individual rights and the access to public property.

—  You can ask the government to remedy wrongs.

The 1st AMENDMENT prohibits the government from attacking or restricting your freedom.

But also puts limits on extreme or unreasonable actions by individuals or organizations.

The facts no one wants to read.
