Free Speech

leave a comment »

It seems that the principals and laws regarding freedom of speech only apply to the government.

Organizations limit any individuals right to express themselves.

The news media has always practiced censorship.

Social media and other internet sites have followed suit.

Colleges and universities also limit who can speak on campus and what they can say.

What is the common factor in their limitations on free speech?

The truth and/or facts.

They all are against facts and/or truth.

Speak or write either and you get censored, banned, your account closed, etc.

Any public forum such as the news media or social media that limits freedom of speech is evil.

No ifs, ands or buts.

No exceptions.

Propaganda(lies) are popular and protected.

Most Americans know the truth/facts.

Most of them seem afraid to speak out.

—  fear of being ridiculed or being unpopular

—  want to be seen as nice

—  fear of violence

—  too lazy or weak

—  do not want to get involved

Let’s make it plain.

It is all Americans responsibility to get involved.

Protecting the truth is each American’s duty.

Are you an American or not?

NAFTA is Fraud

leave a comment »

NAFTA does not benefit Americans.

Just the opposite.

A few businesses may benefit form it.

Here are the facts on NAFTA.

Exports to the US account for 38.2 percent of Mexico’s GDP, and 31 percent of Canada’s.

The U.S. is the destination of 76.7 percent of Canada’s exports.

Mexico is even more reliant on the U.S. for export revenue – 81.2 percent of its exports are sent to the U.S.

Both their economies are dependent on the US.

They have been receiving welfare stolen from US taxpayers.

These two countries are stealing jobs and wealth from the US.

Many of the products they export are sub-standard, especially Mexico.

Without US markets,  both countries would be in a severe long term depression.

The only reason US politicians approved NAFTA is they are corrupt and/or stupid.

NAFTA should never have been signed.

A new treaty should be signed.

One with

—  protection for Americans from dangerous products such as country of origin labeling

—  Mexico paying for a border wall, enhancing border security and preventing immigration to the US

—  Canada providing enhanced border security

—  large discounts on prices of all goods exported to the US

—  requirement of strict congruency with US foreign policy

—  other terms to be sure Americans benefit from the trade treaty

The new treaty would not be a negotiation; it would be US terms or the US will severely limit imports from Canada and/or Mexico.

Also, other sanctions could and would be implemented.

If necessary, the US would pull out of the World Trade Organization or any other international organization that restricts US trade policy.

Neither Canada or Mexico are friendly to The United States; forget about them being an ally.

The United States should never be taken advantage of by any other nation.

This would be a good first step in correcting the trade theft done by these two nations.

FBI and Department of Justice Are Corrupt

leave a comment »

Like all government agencies, the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigations should be transparent, independent, non-partisan,

Both have none of these attributes/characteristics/behaviors or way of doing business.

Both have violated all principles and laws of government agencies.

Criminal acts are numerous.

So numerous, many employees of both agencies should be serving long prison sentences in maximum security prisons.

It all stems from both agencies being corrupt henchmen of the Clintons and the Democratic party.

These agencies

—  covered up for hil-hor:  Benghazi and her treasonous server

—  never investigated(but should have gotten convictions) any Democratic campaign violations:  hil-hor deleted emails, allowing the Democratic National Committee to refuse to hand over a server, FISA abuses

—  used a phony dossier to start a massive $20 million dollar witch hunt; started by a bunch of democratic politicians and u-bam-a loyalists

—  violated The Constitution in the process of the phony investigation

—  are keeping the boondoggle going when there was no Trump campaign organization collusion with Russia or Russian interference in the presidential election

—  possibly infiltrated the Republican campaign for political purposes, if so possibly on the demand or request of the u-bam-a administration

—  continuing the witch hunt in attempt to influence the mid-term election to the detriment of the Republican party

—  stone-walling any efforts to find the truth

In all instances, both agencies have committed serious crimes and played politics to assist the Democratic party to win elections.

The Department of Justice and the FBI have acted like agencies of a third world satrap.

No penalty against the leaders of both agencies, the Clintons, the u-bam-a administration, or the Democratic party is too severe.

This proves once again that managing the nation cannot be left to the two major political parties.

Individual Americans must get personally involved to Restore America.

Roads and Bridges

leave a comment »

Politicians and the news media keep saying the roads and bridges need updating, repairs and replacements.

Trump has endorsed an increase in the gas tax for this.

Yes, some roads and bridges need maintenance.

An increase in the gas tax is not the answer.

The solution is simple.

Improve the efficiency, efficacy and cost benefit of the spending of gas tax revenues.

There is more than enough gas tax revenue to take care of all road and bridge maintenance.

With the appropriate improvements in the spending of gas tax revenues, gas tax rates could be substantially reduced.

But it will never happen.

It would mean a shift of money and power from politicians and government workers to citizens.

Citizens need to become involved in their government.

They should demand bridges and road be maintained and a reduction in the gas tax rate.

Force corrupt and incompetent politicians to manage the nation better.
